hoje, o tema é a alimentação crudívora, e como com ela é possível viver bem (sim, é possível!! e há cada vez mais pessoas a seguir este regime!) indo ao encontro de alimentos bons e saborosos, e acima de tudo repletos de energia, como é o caso, por exemplo, das deliciosas granolas cruas da marca +CRU.

today, the theme will be the raw food, and how it is possible to survive with it (it is!!, and there are more and more people following this kind of food), and we will know good and nutritious food, as for example the raw granolas made by +CRU.

eu, que adoro estes temas e que idealmente já só me abasteceria de alimentos de origem biológica, gosto de acompanhar estas lojas e de divulgar as suas novidades. hoje, para além do biológico, vamos explorar um bocadinho a agricultura biodinâmica.

as I love these themes, and as I ideally would only buy from organic agriculture, like to be aware of all the news and share it. so today, besides the organic and bio theme, it will be also about biodynamics.

bem vindos ao mundo da cultura biológica, esse mundo com o qual eu me identifico, e com o qual acredito podemos viver muitas histórias felizes.

bem vindos também ao mundo do Bio & Natural, o espaço do El Corte Inglês Gaia Porto, aberto no início deste ano, e onde encontramos uma ampla gama de marcas dedicadas à produção biológica, especialmente de pequenos produtores locais. 

deste interessante encontro, nasceu a vontade de ir mais longe, e de dar a conhecer quem são exactamente esses pequenos produtores, que vivem da terra, dos seus cheiros, e do que ela nos dá através dos seus ciclos naturais de vida.

aqui fica assim a primeira história feliz e a entrevista com o primeiro produtor.

welcome to the world of the organic plantations, a world with which I identify myself, and with which I believe we can live very happy stories.

welcome as well to the world of Bio & Natural store, the existing bio space at El Corte Inglês Gaia Porto, that opened at the beginning of this year, and where we can find a wide range of organic brands, specially from small local producers.

from this interesting meeting, the will to go further was born, like letting know exactly who these small producers are, producers who live from the earth, from its smells, and from what the earth can give us, based on its natural cycles.

so here the first happy story and the interview with the first producer.
