viver o Porto: humm, sunday brunch...

os brunchs de domingo estão na moda, e eu confesso que sou fã. nada melhor do que fazer uma refeição tardia e diferente da que estamos habituadas, à qual nem podemos chamar de pequeno-almoço, (porque é muito mais do que isso), nem propriamente de almoço, porque grande parte das vezes até comemos cereais e leite....

há já alguns domingos atrás fui experimentar o brunch do Hotel F Ipanema Park, um hotel 5 estrelas e pertencente à cadeia Hóteis Fénix.

o Hotel é super agradável e bonito, e a sala de brunch tem vistas para o jardim, o que o torna ainda mais agradável.

quanto ao brunch em si...hummm, muito bom e recomendo: pode optar por comer coisas mais leves, ou então comer mesmo pratos principais, e depois perder-se na mesa de sobremesas...

para mim, brunch não é brunch sem comer panquecas, e estas que comi no HF Ipanema Parque estavam deliciosas.....

sunday brunches are now very common, and I am a fan. there is nothing better than let your imagination go and have a different meal which you cannot call breakfast, before you eat much more, neither lunch....

some sundays ago I tried this brunch from Hotel F Ipanema Park (a five star Hotel from the Fénix hotels chain)

The hotel is very pleasant and beautiful and the room where brunch is served has views to a garden, which is even more pleasant.

regarding the brunch itself, hummm it was delicious, and I recommend it: you can choose to eat a lighter meal or a proper meal, and then get lost with the choice of desserts....

for me, brunch is no brunch if I do not eat pancakes, and these from Hotel F Ipanema Park were real good...
