inspiração de fim-de-semana....o mar...:)
no passado fim-de-semana rumei a Peniche com o intuito de assistir à etapa do Meo Rip Curl Pro em Portugal, mas os planos saíram-me furados e as condições do mar, do tempo e das ondas fez com que apanhasse o campeonato sempre em stand by.... azar mesmo....., pois logo na segunda-feira seguinte esteve um dia em cheio para o surf, mas eu já não estava por lá.... (não vi nem um único dos meus surfistas queridos!!!....:( (nota: John John Florence foi o vencedor)
mas! a vida seguia por isso ocupei o tempo a passear por ali e a maravilhar-me - como sempre - com a nossa costa, que naquela zona - costa oeste (Peniche, Nazaré,....) tem um mar e um areal de apaixonar qualquer um....

weekend inspiration.....the sea...:)
last wekend I went to Peniche with the idea to watch the Meo Rip Curl Pro Portugal, but my plans did not work as the sea, weather and waves conditions obliged the event to be in stand by .....I was really not lucky as on following monday conditions returned to be perfect....and I was no longer there... (did not see any of my favourite surfers....:( (adding a note: John John Florence was the winner)
anyway, I was there, so I spent my time through the area, getting amazed by the wonderful coast - the west coast (Peniche, Nazaré, Óbidos, ....) and I believe everyone has to fall in love with the sea there!

a Nazaré é mundialmente famosa pois é lá que se surfam as maiores ondas do mundo - já houve uma cerca de 30 metros!!! - , mas neste fim-de-semana em que lá estive nem aos dois metros chegavam....(azar mais uma vez....:)
é também na Nazaré que vai acontecer o primeiro Campeonato do Mundo de Ondas Gigantes - o WSL - Big Wave Tour - Nazaré Challenge - que tem um período de espera até ao dia 28 de Fevereiro, dependendo das condições do mar.
eu vou querer ir ver, quem vem comigo??? :)

Nazaré is world wide famous as it it there that happen the biggest waves in the world - there was one 30 meter high!! - but on this weekend that I was there, well, not even two meters.... (not lucky again....)
it is also in Nazaré that will happen for the first time the WSL - Big Wave Tour - Nazaré Challenge - with a waiting period that can go until the 28th February - depending on the sea conditions.
I will be there! who will join me??? :)
