o Porto está a celebrar o dia do Vinho do Porto através de alguns eventos a decorrer na cidade, entre 3 e 13 de Setembro, mas o dia oficial das comemorações decorrerá na Alfândega do Porto e terá lugar amanhã, dia 10, data em que, em 1756 a mais antiga região vitivinícola do mundo demarcada e regulamentada - o Douro vinhateiro - foi criada.
decorrerão seminários, provas, uma masterclass (todos de entrada livre mas sujeitos a inscrição prévia) e vários jantares vínicos espalhados por alguns restaurantes da cidade.

Porto is celebrating Port Wine Day during several days (started on the 3 until 13 September), but the official day will take place at Alfândega do Porto, and will be held tomorrow, the 10th, since it was the date, that in 1756, the most ancient demarcated wine region - Douro Vinhateiro - was created.
there will be seminars, tastings, a masterclass (all free entrance but you must register before) as also wine dinners in some restaurants in town.
