depois de vos ter mostrado neste post a maravilha que é este local - o Monte Velho Retreat Centre - onde estive a passar uns dias de férias com a família em Julho, venho agora fazer um desafio: juntarem-se a mim em Setembro para um retiro de yoga e sound healing - que dizem? :)
o retiro será ministrado por Terra & Pedro Collares, e para além das aulas de yoga, sempre acompanhadas de música e som, haverá outras atividades holísticas como pintura e cânticos em volta de fogueira, rodeados de natureza e possibilidade de ir até à praia fazer um pouco se surf ou simplesmente desfrutar do sol.
não é simplesmente tentador?? :)

after having showing you in this last post the beauty of this place - Monte Velho Retreat Centre - where I have been last July for a few day holiday with my family, I have a proposal for you: joining me there in September for a Yoga & Sound Healing Retreat - what do you say? :)
retreat will be given by Terra & Pedro Collares, and besides the yoga classes, always with the sound of beautiful music, you will have other holistic activities such as painting and singing by the fire at night, always surrounded by nature and with the possibility to go to the beach for some surf or simply to lie in the sun.
isn't it completely tempting??? :)
