nova semana, sol à espreita, e sempre muitos objetivos.
"never a miss a monday" é o meu lema: pelo menos à segunda-feira não falho com aquilo a que me impus. no resto da semana, logo se vê, à segunda é que não posso falhar.........:)
e como tal, hoje foi dia de um bom jogging matinal, matinal mesmo.....

new week ahead, the sun is shining, and I always have a lot of goals to achieve.
"never miss a monday" is my focus: at least on mondays I try to keep to the goals I imposed myself. During the rest of the week we will see, but on mondays, I cannot fail....:)
so today I had my early (early) jogging.
